A Message from the President

Dear Players, Coaches, Members, Supporters, and Friends of Ballyclare RFC.

It’s a great privilege and honour to become the President of our proud Club. I am both humbled and delighted to be entrusted with this role, and I look forward to serving our club with a rich tradition, strong values and incredible community spirit.

As we head into a new season, I want to take this opportunity to wish all our teams—young and old—the very best of luck.

I know the hard work has already begun on the training pitch, and I have no doubt we’ll see that effort shine through in the months ahead.

I ask everyone involved, on and off the field, to continue upholding the core values that define our club: respect, teamwork, commitment, and integrity. Whether you're pulling on the jersey, coaching from the sidelines, supporting from the stands, or helping behind the scenes—these values guide us and keep our club strong.

A club like ours doesn’t run on its own. It relies on the dedication and generosity of volunteers. If you have time, skills, or simply a willingness to help, we would love to hear from you. Whether it’s helping on match days, assisting with youth teams, or supporting our fundraising efforts, every bit of help makes a difference.

Please make use of the facilities available and always try to ensure to follow the 'Spirit of the Cloughan'.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to all of those who already give your time, energy and passion to make this club what it is. Your efforts are truly appreciated and never go unnoticed.
